After 2.5 years of dedication, collaboration, and hard work, we joined our incredible colleagues from the Ministry of Culture’s Behavioral Insights Unit to celebrate the completion of a truly impactful project.

Together, we achieved remarkable results:

• Conducted over 12,200 face-to-face interviews
• Designed and implemented more than 20 trials involving 2,560,000 participants, uncovering key drivers of cultural demand and supply to inform policies and offerings
• Hosted 12 knowledge-sharing sessions with senior experts on best practices in applied behavioral public policy
• Delivered 60 hours of on-site training in behavioral insights, experimental methods, and statistical analysis
