Spanning three continents, our team cooked a homemade creamy mushroom pasta and radicchio salad while sharing tips, learning kitchen tricks, and discovering that shaping the perfect pasta is harder than it looks! More importantly, the experience gave us a chance to connect beyond our day-to-day work, strengthen relationships, and enjoy some quality time together as a team. With full bellies and a few new cooking skills, we look forward to our next opportunity to connect across borders!
